The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has led to a surge in the need for bereavement support, and we have responded by enhancing our counselling and bereavement services. We now have an additional trained counsellor to provide the necessary support and cope with the complexity of emotions families face during bereavement. Our blended model of virtual and face-to-face support ensures accessibility and choice for those seeking our services.

To increase accessibility, we are now delivering the service through outreach models and local community collaboration projects. This approach ensures that even those with geographical or other limitations can access our hospice care and benefit from its services.
