Job description

As part of an exciting secondment opportunity in the Hospitality team, your role is to provide patients within the inpatient unit with a high standard of care by ensuring that their individual catering requests are met.

You will be part of a team committed to ensuring that the patients’ food and drink is nutritious, appetising and appropriate for each patients’ medical and cultural needs. This will be achieved through discussing meal choices and requirements with the patients.

You will need to work in harmony with other healthcare professionals and departments within the Hospice to ensure an optimum catering service is provided.
