St Columba’s Hospice Care was delighted to welcome the Lord Provost to the Hospice today, accompanied by Paul Wilson from Volunteer Edinburgh, as part of a special visit to celebrate our very own Julie Golding.

Earlier this year, Julie was recognised for her exceptional dedication and compassion, receiving the Lord Provost’s Paul Bennett Award for Volunteer Management. The visit provided an opportunity to showcase the invaluable contribution of our volunteers and staff, whose commitment makes a lasting difference to patients, families, and the wider community every day.

We extend our sincere thanks to the Lord Provost and Paul Wilson for taking the time to visit, and to all our incredible volunteers who help make St Columba’s Hospice Care such a special and caring place.
