Yes! You can donate your furniture and we will collect it for free within the city of Edinburgh area i.e. EH1 to EH17 postcodes, Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding public holidays).
To request a free furniture collection through our collection and delivery partner Boxmove, please complete the online booking form below. Please add a photo of your item(s) to your booking form. We require this before we can confirm collection. We need to check what the item(s) is/are and if we can legally sell it/them to raise money for the charity. Your initial booking request will therefore be provisional.
We will be in touch to confirm if we can accept your donation request and if we can collect it/them on your requested date. If we can collect your item(s) on your requested date you will receive a text message from us the evening before with a 90-minute time-slot. We cannot change your collection time slot after confirmation therefore please book a day that you can be available between 07:00 and 18:00.
All Boxmove drivers will be in uniform with ID badges.
If your booking is accepted, this is not a guarantee that the items will be collected as our van drivers upon arrival will need to evaluate them to ensure that they are suitable for sale. If they are not suitable they will be declined by our van drivers at that point. Prior to your agreed collection timeslot, please ensure:
