When someone has an incurable illness it can be challenging not only for the patient, but for their family and friends too. The illness can bring about changes in your day-to-day life, finances and relationships which can feel difficult to cope with. We hope the information in this section will help.
When someone dies it can cause painful feelings of loss. There are also a number of practical tasks which will need to be completed. The information in this section will help you understand the steps that will need to be taken after someone dies and will let you know how to access bereavement support.
Meet our 'Next Steps Walking Group', a referral only group which meets once a fortnight, to get out for a walk, support each other, and walk the 'pathway through grief' together.
