Fixed Term - 1 Year 

Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Hospice Band 6 - starting salary £41,965 WTE (rising to £46,100 per annum, subject to satisfactory performance review) + Pension 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join the Income Generation Team as Fundraising Lead on a fixed term basis.

The successful candidate will focus on developing key areas of income within the voluntary income streams of the Hospice.  You will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of the Community, Events, and Individual Giving income streams at the Hospice. You will also manage the data and administration needs of the fundraising team. 

You will work closely with the Partnerships and Philanthropy Lead to ensure that areas of growth and development across voluntary income streams are maximised.  The role will also involve working with the Director of Income Generation on development, budgets, planning, resources and the monitoring and evaluation of campaigns and activities. 

You should have proven experience of creating concise project plans and proposals, managing budgets and timelines for the implementation of new ideas and initiatives.  An excellent knowledge of the voluntary income landscape and the ability to effectively manage a team is essential. You must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
