Role description

St Columba's exists to give everyone who needs it the very best hospice care. We're an independent charity at the heart of our local community, offering free, flexible and person-centred palliative care and support to our patients and their families.

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients through the provision of specialised physiotherapy interventions. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans that promote physical comfort, mobility, and independence for patients facing life-limiting illnesses. 

You should possess excellent assessment, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.  The ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals is essential.
