We have opportunities for caring and compassionate registered nurses to join our Hospice at Home / Access Team Service. This is a rotational post, required to work across all three teams as required. The first year will be to work within our Virtual Ward Hospice Team for a period of one year, and laterally across the Hospice at Home team, our Access Team.
You’ll be a Registered Nurse with excellent communication skills and an interest in palliative care, working within the community.
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for ongoing holistic assessment and planning of care to meet the patients and carers practical, psychological, spiritual and social needs. The post at times may require you to support Inpatient Unit with sickness absence cover.
A valid driving licence and use of a car is essential for this post. Successful candidates will benefit from our comprehensive training and education programme.
